Property I believe can follow the Japanese ideology of KAIZEN – continuous small positive changes that can realise significant improvements.

With my infectious welcoming nature, I enjoy becoming a part of our client’s investment journey providing them with a comprehensive specific based plan for their properties, encompassing individual circumstances, goals, and financial resources.

With a strong capacity to retain key data & information it gives me the ability to methodically plan, complete tasks in systematic order & find solutions that are outside the norm – just “because we have always done it this way”, does not now make it the right way.

Small in stature but big on doing!

Both property owners and tenants get the extra value of my own family’s hands-on skillset with our Bunnings kitted out toolbox. We ensure basic maintenance is completed and attended to fast without having to wait for a handyman’s schedule preventing the likelihood of small tenant issues turning into excessive dramas.

You may find me in gumboots over high heels whilst at your property, but I can assure you that I can cater for any of your requirements from full property management, advocacy support or a unique customised service.
